Technology changes.

Human value doesn’t disappear with it.

People know things their job descriptions don’t capture.

They recognize exceptions.

They understand relationships.

They remember what happened last time.

They notice when something doesn’t feel right.

They make judgments built from years of experience, often without realizing just how much knowledge those judgments contain.

Artificial intelligence can process information remarkably well.

But information and experience aren’t the same thing.

We believe the most interesting future isn’t people versus AI.

It’s people learning where AI can make them stronger, and recognizing where human judgment, creativity, empathy, context, and experience still matter.

We believe people shouldn’t have to become technologists to participate in that future.

We believe fear isn’t a strategy.

Neither is hype.

Curiosity is better.

Experimentation is better.

Understanding what you already bring to the table is better still.

Most of all, we believe the question facing people today shouldn’t simply be:

“What can AI do?”

There is another question worth asking:

“What can I do, especially now that I have AI beside me?”

IncludeMe exists to help people answer that question.
